Água Da Montanha has seen its equity plummet over the years due to the lack of positioning and brand value proposition. Bringing this brand to the right position in an ultra-competitive market was a major challenge - the result? Entering new channels and increasing margins without losing loyal customers.

Bringing a brand of great positive recall and more than 200 years of existence to 2022 was a deep and multidisciplinary work. After more than 10 hours of in-depth interviews, it was possible to draw up a clear brand diagnosis and the result is already appearing on vehicles throughout the state of Rio de Janeiro.

Heartworms can be fatal to dogs of any breed. With that in mind, Zoetis developed Pro-Heart, an unprecedented solution on the market. BRANDEX was hired to convey the urgency and communicate the benefits of this new product.

Merging two hotel chains was a huge challenge. Through an accurate brand diagnosis, with more than 40 hours of qualified interviews, analyses, conclusions and a tailored implementation plan, we managed to unite more than 500 employees in a single purpose to work together for the same ideal.

When entering a saturated market, polarized by two companies, it would be a huge challenge if Movv had not developed a unique positioning strategy. Thus, public acceptance of a new option in real state was immediate and so were the results.
